New Doctors
If you would like to give COOL Ortho Lab a try, it is very easy to get on board with us!
Once we have the initial conversation, outlining your lab needs and direction, you will receive a Welcome Packet. It will include prescription forms, bags/boxes, menu & price list, UPS labels (if applicable) and other additional information.
Once we receive your case either by our courier or UPS, our turn around time normally runs 3-5 business days depending on the type of appliance and possible holidays. The COOL Ortho Aligners do take a couple of weeks once the doctor approves the number of trays and movement. As always, if the case finishes earlier than predicted, we will not hold it. Every case is delivered by courier or UPS once the completed.
